Program Structure
Four months of education. Two of case studies. Six of supervision.
Phase II2 Months
Case Study Collection
Participants complete six case studies in real-world settings. The framework moves from concept into application.
Phase III6 Months
Supervision
Weekly case presentations, peer feedback, and guided advisement. The work refines through repetition and direct review.
How Learning Happens
Not a lecture-based program.
Each week, participants complete required modules independently, present their understanding and application of the material, and engage in discussion, questioning, and peer feedback. Sessions are facilitated by Juno L. Epifanio, MSW, with active participation from the cohort.
During supervision, the structure continues. One case study is presented each week. The cohort engages with questions and analysis. Direct advisement is provided to refine approach and understanding.
