The
Fellowship.

We train practitioners to build systems. Not wait for them.

A systems-based, macro social work experience where fellows actively participate in designing and building models of care for queer communities, with a focus on intergenerational support and queer elder care.

Why This Work Matters

We are witnessing the first generation of openly queer elders aging without the infrastructure designed to support them.

Many are forced to work well beyond retirement age, not solely because of economic conditions, but because systems of care were never built with them in mind.

This fellowship invites students to step into that reality and participate in building what does not yet exist.
