Retreat
Two Weeks
Program Structure

Education online. Practice in person. Integration over time.

Phase I4 Months · Online

Education

One month per pillar: Trauma, Ethics, Nervous System, and Social Awareness. Lays the conceptual foundation before in-person work begins.

Phase II2 Weeks

In-Person Retreat

Where the framework becomes lived experience. Case studies are developed, run, observed, and processed together.

Phase III6 Months

Supervision

Ongoing support focused on real-world application of the framework. Less presentation. More integration.

How the Retreat Works

The retreat is where the framework becomes lived experience.

Week One

Case study creation & refinement.

Participants work directly with one another to develop case studies. Practice sessions are observed and adjusted in real time. Feedback is immediate and collaborative.

Week Two

Case study processing.

Participants step back to analyze what occurred. Group discussion focuses on decision-making, response, and impact. Emphasis is placed on understanding, not performance.

Supervision Phase

Six months of applied integration.

Unlike the online program, supervision in the hybrid model is not presentation-based. Instead, it is focused on application and integration. Participants receive support in applying the framework in their existing work, navigating real-world challenges as they arise, and refining their approach based on lived experience.

This phase is less about demonstrating knowledge and more about developing confidence and consistency in practice.
