Participants work directly with one another to develop case studies. Practice sessions are observed and adjusted in real time. Feedback is immediate and collaborative.
Participants step back to analyze what occurred. Group discussion focuses on decision-making, response, and impact. Emphasis is placed on understanding, not performance.
Six months of applied integration.

Participants receive support in applying the framework in their existing work, navigating real-world challenges as they arise, and refining their approach based on lived experience.
This phase is less about demonstrating knowledge and more about developing confidence and consistency in practice.
